Current

These are the same stones that were installed by Jim Tom, Jimmy, and Tony at the mill's inception. These stones are the heart and soul of our operation and the Pollard legacy runs within them every day.

Since 1962, Pollard Milling Company has been a part of the agricultural heritage of the Wiregrass, producing quality stone-ground cornmeal the old-fashioned way. What began more than six decades ago has remained rooted in the same simple idea: start with good corn, take your time, and make a product worth putting on the table. Through the years, the mill has continued to preserve the tradition of stone-ground milling while serving generations of families throughout the Southeast. Today, we're proud to carry that tradition forward, bringing the same care and quality that has defined Pollard Milling Company for more than 60 years. Quality since 1962.
